Hardee's Red Burrito Five Star Plus rating excellent food taste and quality customer service I was very pleased had a real good meal and it was very filling unlike some fast food restaurants thank you Hardee's Red Burrito management employee staff for a great dining experience with a wide variety on the menu to cover any option I will be returning again

This place is tired. Its very busy and since there are limited choices unless you go up the road you have only a few choices.

The double drive thru is confusing and slows down the fast food concept. My SOLUTION is to have someone expedite food between the two lanes as well as prioritize orders. Such as why should someone who orders coffee wait as long as someone with a larger order?

The more efficient it is the better experience for the customer. The staff are probably tired and frustrated. This can be elviated by more targeted training and genuinely take care of the customer.

Hardness has great food and decent service. Just needs to fine tune their processes and people..they have their awesome product.
