(September 9, 2023, 8:25 pm)The food was super good! I really enjoyed the meat pie. The pie crust tasted similar to cornbread which was really tasty! The jollof rice was some of the best I’ve ever had. Also enjoyed that they play afrobeats outside the truck while you wait. Overall, really good filling meal.

(September 8, 2023, 11:57 pm)Was very excited to try African Avenue and the truck did not disappoint. We ordered the shawarma and jollof rice with beef. Was the perfect amount of food for two people. The taste was on point and the food was ready very quickly. 15/10 and will be coming back.

(September 6, 2023, 9:37 am)Food was delicious! I had goat, rice, plantain a meat pie. I will definitely be back. I would suggest a bigger seating area. I took my food home but if the chairs were more comfortable, I would of loved to eat outside.
