(November 10, 2022, 4:57 pm)This is easily the best food truck I've ever been to. The birria quesadilla I got last week was, to be completely honest, one if the top five things I've ever eaten. The meat is so tender and incredibly well seasoned, and you can tell that time, care, and love were put into the birria. The incredible river of melted cheese was a perfect contrast to the sweet and salt of the meat, and the cilantro and onions give it an earthy taste that balances everything just beautifully. The extra juice with the order is, after the dipping is done and the food is finished, good enough that you'll talk yourself out of drinking it. This place is high quality and worth every penny. Great service, incredible food, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
