Super yummy food and fantastic staff! We had donuts, smoothie, frozen lemonade, and nachos. I already ate some of the nachos before I took the picture.

If you are looking for some amazing food dessert an some of the best lemonade in the city. It’s a must that you all stop by. Everything is made to order an to perfection omg. When I pulled up there was a few people in line. I was greeted an tended too in a timely manner. I ordered the loaded nachos, mini donuts an a cotton candy lemonade. My socks were blown off at the presentation but when I dug into my food it was beyond fresh at satisfying. I was able to sit at the warm fire pit with my girls an enjoy a Good Friday night.There customer service is absolutely amazing an my kids had an amazing time around the fire. They even have a loyalty card. Y’all definitely have to try them out.

At first, the place might seem a bit confusing, but the ordering station is the food truck and NOT the building. The building is only for customer seating after purchasing items from the food truck.

I ordered the Monsters Inc mini donuts and the Pumpkin Spice mini donuts. The min donuts come in a set of 6 donuts. BE WARNED that their wait time can be extremely long! I waited for AT LEAST 20 minutes for the donuts to be ready. I was honestly surprised that it took this long to make 12 mini donuts. I felt bad for the customers who were in line after me because the employees did not take their order until my donuts were given to me.

The Pumpkin Spice donuts look like regular donuts but are soaked with a wonderful pumpkin spice flavor that resonates throughout the entire donut. Although the flavor is not overwhelming like your Pumpkin Spice latte from Starbucks, I can fully appreciate their subtle tones of the iconic warm, fall flavor. The Monsters Inc donuts had a faint taste of blueberry and had the perfect level of sweetness. I definitely recommend getting either of these flavors!

I had to deduct a star because the wait time was unreasonable.

Thank you for taking the time to read and respond. I apologize if you were offended/felt attacked since that's how I perceived your response to be. That was never my intent. I want to make it clear that I left an honest review of my experience at your business, which I would have done so at any establishment. My review is speaking on my experience alone and is not to “tarnish” or nullify the establishment’s hard work/mission. There were a few points made that I would like to address:

1. Thank you for explaining more about your layout. I pointed this out for your future customers who might have never experienced a food truck before OR have never been to the establishment such as myself. Most food trucks in town do not have their own establishment where customers are able to sit down and eat inside a building, so I wanted to make sure this was clear for your future customers. There was no need to make a back-handed comment on my intelligence by claiming things are “self-explanatory if you have any common sense.”

2. I can empathize that it's difficult for small businesses to be a part of Yelp events if not compensated, but I’m merely part of the Yelp Elite community and had no say or knowledge of the agreement that was established between your business and Yelp. There is no need to direct such aggression towards me since I am an uninvolved party in that aspect.

3. Regarding my wait time, I applaud that you stand by your business goals/mission. I just honestly didn't expect to wait that long. I also didn’t mean to “watch you like a hawk”. I didn’t know there were 7 orders ahead of me since there was no one sitting in your waiting area as seen in my photos. If I was told about the wait time, I would've happily sat in my car since the fire pit was not on. Secondly, I never expected to “jump the line,” since again, I had no idea there were 7 orders ahead of me and I know we do not get those perks as Yelp elite. I understand it’s unfair/unrealistic to expect a small business to be as fast as a “corporate company” but nowhere in my review did I claim that. I merely just stated 20 minutes was unreasonable with WHAT I KNEW AT THAT TIME.

I did not write a review for any other reason than to leave an honest review of my experience. Claiming I did otherwise just to “bash a small business” and writing back-handed comments on my character to me seems to be steering away from just giving your “transparent side of this review.” Word of advice, expecting your customers to know information that your business NEVER verbalized until after the fact makes it difficult for everyone. Thank you for serving Reynolda Road since 2015, hopefully your business will continue to accept constructive criticism and continue to grow. I’ll make sure to take your advice and to tip when I come back again as a paying customer.

Perfect location and permanent spot...So, tired of chasing down my favorite food trucks. Listen I just had the best donut in the city. Strawberry Shortcake donut...I am sold:) OMG

I went here because I had heard that they could do water based smoothies, as well as almond and milk based. I was astounded at how good their water based smoothie was! I got the mango strawberry one if anyone wants to try that one! Their customer service is also the best I’ve ever experienced in the area! I can’t wait to go back, it will definitely be a must whenever we visit my parents who live near there.
