Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Order was correct. Employees were fantastic. We actually walked out of KFC because I was not happy that employees were not washing their hands... I do normally eat Bojangles, but I really enjoyed the chicken. Should have tried them sooner! Thank you for training your employees properly! I will definitely be returning!

I have been eating at this store for longer then I have been able to drive. I would like to say it's the best around but it's not. The store could be cleaned and updated ( even a little would be a large help ) and the over all state of the building just looks dirty.

However, this is not to say the food is bad. Infact the food is just as good as I would exspect from any of the stores. The board out side really needs to be cleaned and updated.

For fast food, they are actually pretty fast. Employees are friendly and courteous. Ample parking, Drive thru available. I am not a biscuit guy, but this is one place where I at least eat the crust and outside layer of biscuit, as it is fluffy and soft with a buttery flavor. The chicken is very moist and the coating is crunchy with a unique taste that does not leave an after taste like others. It is surprisingly not oily either. I also tried the roasted chicken bites which o have had before, but was not impressed this time. They were overdone, a bit burned and stale. Might have been sitting around awhile. The Cole slaw as a side is creamy and a great additive for chicken. Place was clean and had a steady lunch crowd inside and out. For the money and a quick bite, it’s ok.

I ordered the chicken biscuit combo, which was delicious. The cashier was very friendly and his customer service was awesome. The dining area was very clean but the bathroom was dirty and the paper towel dispenser was empty. I will visit again because of the delicious food and the excellent service from the cashier.
