Fast friendly service. Very impressed with the 100 sanitation score. Store was very clean and the employees seemed happy

I am a server at a staple restaurant in this community and very picky about my praise. I love me some biscuitville! My experience today was less than my normal. They didn’t get my entire order in the bag.... I checked my receipt to make sure my order was clear and it was only a 3$ item that they left out. The person I spoke with “Amanda “ was amazing!! She graciously apologized and offered to replace it immediately, I had more than enough food for everyone just wanted to relay the message, but just thought it was important to give a shout-out to Amanda! You did a good deed today ❤️

I'm usually visiting the location once a week or more on my daily commute to Winston-Salem. The drive thru line will often wrap the building in the morning. Quality of food is good. I've had some issues on getting silverware in the bag and a dry clumpy gravy more than once but overall good.

Great Southern breakfast fare at reasonable prices. Fast, friendly service. One of me and my wife's favorite places to breakfast.

Biscuitville is new to me. I never had one around my area until I moved to Winston-Salem. Everything I have had so far had been delicious. The biscuits are always huge and fluffy. I normally get the honey chicken biscuit, they are my favorite and are the best thing on the menu in my opinion. For a chain restaurant they are pretty amazing.
