Red Lobster

We ate at the Red Lobster in Winston Salem, N. C.
Michael was our waiter. He is very knowledgeable of the foods that are offered. He was very helpful with helping us to order.
Michael was very friendly. He read our cues very well.
We never ran out of drinks. Michael made sure that we had everything we needed.
Sable the hostess was very friendly also. Sable remembered us from the last time we were there. She also read our cues very well. Sable made sure that we got Michael for our waiter because we asked for him. He was the waiter that served us the last time we were there.
Michael and Sable should be recognized for doing a great job.
Oh yeah, food was very good. Steaks were tinder and had great flavor. The lobster had wonderful flavor also.

Absolutely wonderful. Our server David F was THE BEST. He was at our table while were sitting down, ready to serve. Food was delicious and fast. Just amazing service a d food. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Definitely recommend

Fantastic customer service, the gal at the bar where I ordered take out has an awesome personality & was a great help. The restaurant is clean. Defiantly will go back to eat in house! Food was delicious!

Had a little bit of a wait. No more than 10 minutes. But well worth it. Our waitress was extremely nice and fast. The restaurant was very clean. I would highly recommend going to this location.

Very nice. Plenty of people around but don't feel crowded. They were shorthanded with one cook but the waitress apologized numerous times. Food was excellent and the free biscuits are fantastic. With the rewards app we redeemed a free lobster roll meal with no problems. Was relaxing.
