An inexpensive way to feed your family and allow the kids to game under protective eyes while you catch up with the love ones who have since aged out of playing games.

Pizza bar wasn’t kept with fresh pizza. Dessert Bar had old pizza dessert out. No cinnamon rolls. The last two times I have been there I have been disappointed.

Not crowded at all. I really liked the location of the clean family restaurant too. My boys loved the arcade. I was ok with it because it was the same price per game I paid back in the day. Would I return? Ssssure! It was our second time there. Should Grind Academy return, so shall we.

The only reason I didn't give the full 5 is because there is serious miscommunication among staff. I called on Friday (2/22) to speak with a manager about bringing a large group of people in on Saturday (2/23) for my nephews birthday. The lady on the phone assured me she would have space available for us at 4:00 - asking me for my name, how many would be in my party, etc. Unfortunately, upon arrival (we all arrived at exactly 4:00) we were told they do not do things like that... but I know the conversation I had the day prior with the lady on the phone. At any rate, after about 25 minutes and moving us from one area to another we were finally seated. The two managers on staff on 2/23 were exceptional and attentive - even with the miscommunication issue.

I give it a 4 star because of the time it takes for them to bring out fresh pepperoni pizza. The food is good when its fresh and hot normally unless its undercooked and raw which happens here frequently. It's a good place to go if you have little kids because they can be as loud as they want to be and also they have a little arcade set up for them to play in after the little ones eat.
