    The mission is laudable and the menu ambitious, but our meal was uneven. The staff seemed "not-quite-ready-for-Prime-Time," with limited knowledge of the menu and drinks served. Our salads took some 20 minutes to be served, and then our entrees arrived only about five minutes after that. Worse yet, both the sides and proteins were cold. Again, I can appreciate that the staff is training, but if you're going to charge what they do, I think it is fair to expect better.

    Didn't visit the restaurant. Bar was nice. Bartender heard our complaint of the elevator music and she gave us music from her phone Saturday night. That was VERY NICE OF HER.????

    I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and food. Five star dining at a reasonable price. Will go many times in the future.
