Kings Crab Shack and Oyster Bar Hanes Mall Blvd

Crab legs are hot and meaty. Shrimp is tasty and CLEAN! Salmon is cooked just right as is the bacon it's topped with. Service is attentive.
Sweet potato fries are good but get cold fast.
ADVICE: If you have difficulty sitting on hard surfaces for extended periods of time, bring a cushion. You'll get either a wood bench, wood chair, or wood barstool. Oh, and it ain't cheap!

I was really happy when they opened a second location outside of downtown. They have an amazing menu. I've had several items from the pasta to the po boy. The fried oyster po boy is a must if you like fried oysters. I've never had one anywhere like it. The shrimp and scallop linguine is also fantastic. They also have plenty of local beers and quite a menu of them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant just has an all over good vibe. Definitely one of my favorite seafood spots aside from the coast.

Crab cakes were awesome! Loved them. Food was good overall but my waiter Brandon was the best waiter I have ever had and I eat out a lot! He was awesome, personable, accommodating, and very patient. He had the best attitude and would make anyone come back because of his impeccable service. Great job Brandon!
