Sampan Chinese Restaurant

I’ve been eating there since it opened. Everytime I come home we always visit. Love love everything! Food, service, quaint, relaxing, good prices and portions. And love Sandy!!!

My husband and I remembered what a wonderful place this was back in the 90s when we were young and dating. We decided to have a nostalgic date night. It was just as we remembered, the food was delicious cooked to perfection and their service was as impeccable as we remembered from over 25 years ago. If you haven't tried this gem that's been here the whole time, treat yourself. With all the hype about other franchise competitors, a true mom and pop restaurant still can't be beat.

Just ate here and it was wonderful. Ordered the Szechuan fish from the Authentic Menu
And it was perfect. You can order it extra spicy if you like. Also got the scallion pancakes from the regular appetizer menu and they were crispy and soft on the inside and delicious with a nice dipping sauce. The Wonton soup was excellent. The iced tea was great. Sesame balls for dessert rounded out a perfect meal. And the service was excellent. A small unpretentious building full of great surprises and exquisite food.

Great food, great service. The scallion pancakes are a must and everything else I've ever tried there has been amazing. They have fantastic vegetarian/ vegan options! Not to mention that every time I'm there, the service is top notch. Also, it's tough to compete with their prices ???? ... Although it is best to go at lunch. Dinner can be a toss up.
