Arigato Japanese Steak & Seafood House

Went for my birthday for the first time in many years. The appeal is just as strong as it ever was. Fantastic food, and our chef was highly entertaining! I very highly recommend it, and be sure to take some friends!

Food always great, love the plum wine, I love that the fact that they cook the food in front of you. The downside is that the wait is so long for the food to be prepare Everyone food is done in order I always go and it’s about an 1 1/2 so you can actually get my whole plate done. It’s always crowded and loud. Other then that the chef are great. I recon doing a reservation before heat there it’s always packed.

The food was outstanding. However I felt the service was subpar. Took a while to get seating even though we reserved and getting refills and whatnot was slow. Very nice people, friendly and personable. Just service lacks.

Food is always good. The show is really good, but there's little variation between those who prepare it, so it hurts the return value. It would be really cool to see some new things done by the "chef" (not sure if that's the correct term for the people who prepare your food in front of you), but still, good show, consistently good food

The atmosphere is great. It is genuine and the staff seem to care about their jobs and service. Wait staff could check back a little faster but it was a very busy night. Our chef was great and cooked our steak to a perfect ask. We had a great time and this seems to be the superior hibachi cuisine in Winston-Salem.
