I LOVE this place. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, and the food is amazing. I’ve tried a ton of frozen to go meals and never been disappointed. The only thing I personally find frustrating is the hours. I’m not that person that goes anywhere super early or super late, yet I’ve been on several occasions and realized they were closed. I’m not talking about I went at 9 pm, I mean I went at like 3:30 on a Saturday and all lights are off. I do all my shopping and meal prepping on Sunday, which is when they are closed all day. Other than the hours, I have zero complaints!

So excited this place opened up finally. Great location and food options. Fairly priced as well for a good meal. Would recommend to anyone looking for a healthy alternative in the Winston-Salem area!

WOW! This place is awesome! Healthy, quick serve food for that on-the-go lifestyle. I was in shock at the amount of meals they have readily available to take the pain away from at home meal prep. I was very satisfied with the staff, they were super helpful and knowledgable in regards to nutrition. AND THE HAVE DELICIOUS SMOOTHIES! AND SELL MY FAVORITE SUPPLEMENT BRAND, 1st Phorm!!!
