(May 19, 2017, 4:27 pm)Standard NC chopped pork BBQ - no pulled pork, BUT the coarse chop provides a GENEROUS portion of large, tender, flavorful chunks of pork that is more than an acceptable substitute!! For the BBQ lover who likes to sink their chompers into a solid piece of meat, you won't be disappointed!!

(October 25, 2016, 12:58 am)One of a rare few left that actually cooks pork over a pit of burning hickory. The 'cue here is actually pretty lean -- most of the fat is trimmed off. Prices are great -- a real value. Family atmosphere.
