Tonic Bar and Social Club of Louisburg

Enjoyed a Tonic Burger and fries today for lunch. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The venue was spacious and very clean. Highly recommend this restaurant & bar. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I have been here 3x now. Let me start off by saying the drinks are bar none fantastic! I’ve tried several of the drinks off the last 2 menus and each one of them is more delicious than the last. I decided to venture out and try the food tonight and was not as thrilled. The pretzels are yummy but pretty standard. I was not at all impressed with the deviled eggs or charcuterie board. The meatballs were just ok, basic frozen meatballs in a sweet sauce. The Caesar wrap was filled with tomatoes and what appeared to be raisins or craisins and only a couple small pieces of chicken. My suggestion would be to list ingredients if you are straying from the typical Caesar ingredients so people could pass on those ingredients or order something different. The French dip was awful. The meat tasted packaged and microwaved. The bread and cheese were delicious so maybe it would be better reimagined a grilled cheese?! As I initially stated the quality of their drinks surpass the food. I will be back but probably not to nosh and rather enjoy the ambiance and spirits.

Staff are friendly, helpful, and can sing a U2 song like no other. Check it out. They even will play you some Momford and Sons.
