The owner greeted us at the door, that level of customer service is simply exceptional. The food was excellent! A slightly different twist to southern staples, the collard greens, beans and yams were delicious. The wings and pulled chicken were full of flavor and were not dry. This was our first time visiting and will definitely not be our last!

Best bbq I’ve ever tasted in over 40 years. I love the way they cook the food. The beef products are the best. The sides are so fresh, flavorful, and have that smoky flavor to it. The collards are a 10/10. The pulled pork sandwiches are the Bomb. If you are looking for a good BBQ spot. This place is the best.

This food truck came to my apt complex last night and I got some food for dinner & asked about a sandwich for the next day. They kindly gave me a deconstructed brisket sandwich and it’s 100% the highlight of my day! Having to work on a Saturday isn’t fun, but this sandwich certainly is. YUMMMM (The sandwich is probably prettier if the experts build it. I just plopped everything on the bun!)

Yams and greens sample was amazing perfect flavor on yams sweet and soften but not overly sweet and the greens was delicious had a nice bite too it but not overly spicy

I recently tried their pulled pork from their food truck and LOVED it. I was so excited when I found out they were opening a location in youngsville and had to stop by on opening day. The owner and his wife are so kind, wonderful customer service. I’m so glad I no longer have to drive far for a delicious pulled pork sandwich. Will definitely be a regular.
