    Food was good. Unfriendly service. Older lady was having trouble with kiosk, the front line employee acted frustrated when the lady ask for help.

    It's McDonald's. Cheap food fast. 3 stars not because it's bad, but because they're the bar by which all other fast food places are judged.

    If you there Christmas decorations then you missed a real treat. Great atmosphere, small mom n pops operation, family owned, great food. Gotta try their chicken strips, and burgers. Fair amount of parking. Drive thru.

    The West Frankin Blvd location lacks efficient managing of staff and order processing...good note is my food was hot and fresh...cashier lacked attentiveness and engagement to customers with a smile...after taking my order and giving me my change her reply was "here ya go", no thank you for choosing McDonald's or anything related to customer appreciation for choosing their franchise...need some better training and supervision at that location...a friendly smile says a lot about their commitment to customers satisfaction
