I think playtime should be first due to people running late.I think hostesses could do a better job.Parents are there to enjoy not participate as co-hosts.Needs more characters impersonating and more items to a pckg.Otherwise seems ok as z place fir kids parties but not as nice as when they were newer decades ago and had different rooms and put on shows.They took card of everything and parents could enjoy along with their kids.Not hand out pizza, keep up with presents, etc.THAT IS HOSTESS JOB

My almost-5 year old son and I had the best time running around the place together tonight. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the pizza was yummy, and we had very little trouble with the games (only one of them kept our tickets back and I didn't bother to tell them since my son quickly moved onto the next game). I would most definitely go back/recommend others to go on a weeknight like we did, as only 3-4 other families were there so there was no waiting or rudeness over games. Best mother-son date night ever! ????

Liked the new unlimited play. It seem to cost a little less with out the token anxiety. I hope everyone is as happy as was. The time limit was about right as well. It's a nice way to keep everyone moving. The seemed to be more people playing and less sitting around.

My kid loves this place. We had his birthday party here. The staff was super helpful and very friendly and the party was great. I do feel however they are way over priced on food.
