Was quite empty when I took my kids. Hostess was friendly and seated us quick. Waitress was very friendly and borderline too attentive. Food was good and hot. Will probably return here.

Food came out under cooked twice. Simple things were forgotten like silverware and check. I understand being busy but the bacon was so under cooked it basically oinked at us. Pancakes were hard from being over cooked. French toast and steak omelet were delicious.

Awesome experience with the food and service this time around. I don't know what has changed but it took me back to what IHOP used to be. The omelet was full and didn't look dehydrated, the pancakes were delicious as well.

Really good however needs more servers or cooks or simply better management took 34 minutes to get our food after waiting 17 minutes for our order to be taken. However the omelet was very good so with everything they was good with everything that was bad. Can't complain with the server herself she was handling a large number of tables ... So if u have time on your hands and want to wait on some good food definitely the spot to come too ...

We just came back, for a late night breakfast, after many months. SURPRISE! Jackie was our friendly, attentive server. Our Colorado omelets came out like they're supposed to... as pictured, sub spinach. The pancakes were fresh, hot and as pictured... (Vanilla spice ones are amazing!) The eggs were fluffy and hash browns were perfectly crispy. As regulars for over 20 years, we had stopped coming because; the sloppy looking staff, poor food quality, and horrible kitchen not putting out food as pictured or as ordered. We were thrilled with the new staff in the front of the house AND in the kitchen! Glad we decided to give them another chance. If you haven't been in a while, give them another shot. We'll definately be returning to our new-old favorite place for breakfast food.
