Visited this location back in February 2019. It was a Sunday, after church, abt 1pm, and it was cold and raining outside. So, hot fresh chicken was on my mind this day. Well, when I walked in to this establishment, it was really cold. I attempted to order chicken and rice; they were out of rice, which is one of their signature sides. After placing my order, I asked the cashier about the inside temp, and she stated that many people complained, but her manager would not let anyone adjust the thermostat. ????‍♀️I then proceeded to a booth, which had not been cleaned and waited for my food. I was freezzzzzzing! Found out, they were out of chicken( this is a chicken place, on a Sunday, after Church, so I would assume you would be ready for your church folks???) so abt 20 mins later, my food is ready. It’s hot, it’s fresh, it’s good. I was glad it was HOT because I needed something to warm my body. Maybe I’ll visit again in the Summer, on a weekday and my visit will better. Maybe ?

Great chicken and biscuits. Was sad they did not offer gambalya which is their most delicious side! Good service. Drink machine needed to be loaded with flavors. Enjoyed lunch.

The best chicken food chain there is. Popeyes have great chicken especially the spicy chicken when it's freshly cooked. For a chicken fast food restaurant it is expensive but the other chains do not compare to their recipe. The staff is mediocre as they seem to only want to collect a paycheck but not really concerned about the satisfaction of their customers. Again the chicken is good but the service not so much, and I find this consistent at many of it's restaurants.
