Cook Out

Can't ever recall Cook Out being a mistake. Inexpensive yet good. Oh, yes I do recall a situation, not a mistake. I called the Corp office one time (not this location) ; they were very polite and sent a free tray coupon for the inconvenience. I didn't ask for the coupon, I was only sharing with them a concern. Good folks. I'd recommend.

The person who took our order was really friendly we ordered a hot dog basket with two chicken wraps extra honey mustard and most of our order was correct the only thing that wasn't was an extra shake that I didn't order we let the person know that we didn't order it and they left the price on there so I had to go back out in the rain to give it back to them and get my money back but other than that it was really not a bad experience the food good and the tea was very sweet ????

All that an establishment is suppose to be and the food was good too. Hush puppies were kind of dry, like they were over cooked, but everything else was spot on. I'll be there again and order almost the same thing. I'll just be sure to get cheese fries next time.

Food is always great, but I ordered steak style and that's not what I got. Don't get me wrong, I ate what I received. It was delicious. But definitely not steak style. Always take a second to check that the order is right. I know you're busy, but customers will be a lot happier if they get what they ask for. On the plus side though food is great, and this is the first time my order was ever messed up.

This was my first visit to a Cook Out! Wow what a menu! Right? I was so surprised I did not know what to order. They were patient with me and answered my questions. Their food was delicious. I sat in my car and ate. I think there were some picnic tables outside. This place is very unique. Its not like the everyday fast food drive through restaurants.
