great place thats cheap also. I've been here a couple times and I've never had a problem with the food. the wait staff is awesome. i would recommend this place if you want a whole lot of food for a very good price!

Finally! A Diner in Gastonia! We found this place while we were on that side of town and it is truly a gem. The waitress (Kayla) was attentive and great. The food was even greater. Finally-- someone knows how to make grits that aren't grainy! The best things about this place are the prices and the menu. A wide variety of dishes are available. Not expensive at all-- but great bang for your buck. I'm so stuffed I can barely move, but I'll definitely be back.

Average at best. Wife got roast beef, which was flavorful, but should have been on a bed of rice. Green beans had onions in them, for some unknown reason. Fried squash was bland. I had country fried steak and Mac and cheese and squash. Country fried steak was tender but bland. Mac and cheese was cold and bland. Service was good. Tea was really good. My wife indicated that she could not think of a reason to return to this restaurant. Victoria's in Clover had same type of food, but it has flavor and is enjoyable. May try breakfast some time, but offerings on menu does indicate anything special.
