Chili's Grill & Bar

Chili’s has and continues to be one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. The hostess was extremely kind and seated us almost immediately after we walked in. Our server for the night was Mikayla and she provided stellar service. She was prompt with our orders and was checking in on us just the right amount. Her personality made our whole experience much more pleasant! My Sprite was not as “Spritey” as I would have liked and she politely asked if I wanted anything else to drink and brought me a strawberry lemonade. Listening to her interact with other tables and her coworkers you could tell that she is an overall amazing person and waitress.

The Chili’s employees are all very very kind and welcoming people. My boyfriend and I will most definitely be returning to this Chili’s!

The food, had it been brought out fresh, would have been better. We called ahead and were seated promptly. The server promptly began serving us and gave us reasonable time to make choices. From there it was about 1 hour till were served our meals. When they arrived we could tell they had been sitting under the warming lights. The was warm and started drying out. It took talking to the manager to get our food. It was not our best experience.

I hesitated to have dinner here because of some negative reviews about service.

We had a GREAT experience.

It started when hostess Amanda opened the front doors as I rolled my wheelchair-bound girlfriend inside.

Then, an assistant manager arranged for us to sit in an empty room so that people weren't bumping into the wheelchair.

Server Adam was a superstar, regularly checking in despite the restaurant being short-staffed. He also kept our drinks refilled without having to be asked.

They lose a star for being out of onion petals and for a torn booth seat, but everything else about our meals was perfect - including special requests!

Manager Logan checked in and we told him we were impressed with Adam and Amanda's great service. He says his staff is working hard to provide great service. He thanked us for our business and positive comments about Adam and Amanda.

As we left, Amanda held the front doors, again, for the wheelchair. She smiled and thanked us for our business. She is a considerate angel.

The Gastonia Chili's took great care of us! We highly recommend it!
