Moe's Southwest Grill

I've been to a lot of Moe's on my travels but this one by far has the best customer service. They went far beyond the "welcome to Moe's". The food was on point as with any location. However, a manager appeared on the floor and checked on each guest even though they were super slammed. Then the lobby staff member came by and offered to refill my drink. This whole experience was above and beyond for any where! I used to work management in restaurants and this was the kind of service I expected in my restaurants. It's hard to find these days, especially somewhere that doesn't offer table service! Well done Moe's near Lowell and Gastonia!!!!!

Energized staff. Enjoy coming to this location. Pretty decent food for the price, lots of it. Free chips and salsa. Edit: last few times they didn't say "Welcome to Moe's!", kid was disappointed - apparently he liked that.

I’m a huge fan of Moe’s...hands down the best burritos around. The staff are always friendly, the atmosphere of the restaurants are always great, and they’re always incredibly clean.

Also, I believe at most locations kids eat free every Tuesday. That alone is enough reason to give it a try :)

I would give 10 stars if I could. More restaurants should follow this model of excellent customer. Not only did I have a quick, and great experience but it is consistently excellent service and food. Darrick in the front always greets people and makes the best crunch wraps!! I once came to get food to go just before they closed (which I hate doing) but the staff was just as cheery 10 minutes before closing as they have been earlier in the day. I love this place— cheers to the management and leaders of this restaurant!

Called to have them cater my daughter’s birthday in December. Theresa was so nice! I’m talking between her and my husband all the while my birthday girl is screaming momma in the background but she handled it like a champ. I’ll edit if the food sucks but the customer service has been amazing thus far! Clear, professional, helpful and just plan sweet. Thanks Theresa for your help!!!!
