Service was great. Food was great! Our very first time eating there tonight and it was great! I got the two queso tacos with banana pudding (amazing!). My husband got the 3 amigos with beans and Mac and cheese also Amazing. The Mac and cheese tastes homemade. Also go fried pickles and it’s probably the best pickles around! Highly recommend trying this place out ☺️

1st visit tonight. Good food and service.. would be better if food was hot. The greens were seasoned well but could have done without all the big stems. Go hungry or be ready to take leftovers home. Portions are generous. We will definitely be going back.

Ordered 4 different tacos and two sides.
Three of the tacos were warm one of them
was cold to the touch it was a chicken taco.
Still all very good and the sides we picked were the baked beans and the collards also very good.I was expecting at least a few domestic cans or bottles of beer for a beverage choice to go with the food Nope!
It's a order at the counter and a person brings it to you kind of place.Would have given 5 stars just for the food but the 1 cold taco took the grade down a few stars.
Will definitely return just not real soon

Everything we ordered was delicious! Even if you just go for the banana pudding, it's worth it. They are new to Gastonia area. We arrived at 445pm. Within 5 minutes, the line was out of the door. SC barbecue sandwich with yellow mustard/ vinegar sauce & pickles was amazing. The barbecue nachos were shared by 4 people who thought it was so tasty/ huge! The Burnt ends plate/ sandwich with macaroni and cheese, chicken for kids, & greens, absolutely worth the money! They cater, and we'll probably call them about an upcoming holiday party. You have to go for lunch or dinner. When it warms up some, the outdoor seating is beautiful!

Went for the soft opening of this restaurant and It was honestly the best bbq restaurant I've been to in a long time. All the meats I tried (wings, pulled pork, brisket, and burnt ends were all fresh and tender. The sides were not disappointing either! The mac n cheese was baked homemade style and the greens were well seasoned. The best part was the leftovers the next day and the pint of banana pudding! The staff was friendly and attentive as well!
