(June 24, 2019, 5:24 pm)The Mrs and I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon between the lunch and dinner crowds. We were immediately struck with how tidy and clean the diner was. I opted in for the gizzards (been a while since I have eaten them) and my wife ordered corned beef hash.
The food was topnotch! The breading on my chicken was amazing, and the has was spot on. My collards and okra were also perfectly cooked. The iced tea was just sweet enough but not so much that it was syrupy.
All this for less than $20. -

(February 10, 2019, 1:47 am)The cheesecake and carrot cake and I also has some fried chicken pinto beans hushpuppies potato salad. It tasted like homemade soul food it was on point so delicious. The service here was wonderful the people here are nice and polite. Very clean and organized restaurant! Next time I will definitely take pictures????
