They can't get your order right and some of the attitudes the employees have are awful

Tough to give it more than 3 because even during low traffic time and simple orders being asked to move to a parking spot.

Our food was made to order. It was hot and delicious. The cashier was friendly and helpful!! I always enjoy a Mocha Frappe when I need a pick-me-up at work!! Great Job!!

I had a serious problem when I ordered a blueberry muffin through drive thur and when I take it out of the bag, it looked just like someone took a bite out of it. So I stopped at the door and parked my car to go to the counter to address the manager. When I showed her the blueberry muffins, she said what? I said do you believe this looks right. Her reply was yes, and if I go get another it will look the same way. Furthermore, she replied it was the sugar that melted the muffin. Now what kind of ingredients is the muffin made from that if normal sugar be poured over it going to melt down to the degree that it looks like a bite that someone tried to cover it with sugar. Man I told her no way I did not desire to get another one but just refund me my money please now. Now when is taste alone enough for people? Do desires proper presentation exist today? Please answer this please? Everybody is not a bunch of hogs or dogs that would just gobbled down anything because it is food!
