“We were visiting family and the diner we used to go to wasn't open. We love places where the meals are simple, yet delicious. Rouse's has an awesome atmosphere. They honor their military, and their farming heritage. The place is so new, it still smells of fresh cut wood. (It just adds to the awesomeness) We has a cheese omelet with grits and toast. Epic. The grits were perfect. Not too thin, not too thick. The architecture is such, so that when the sun starts to really rise, it comes right through the windows and shines down just above your head. No blinding, just a nice warm light. We left with our wallets intact, our tummies full and a new place to go to for breakfasts in Snow Hill.”
