Very welcoming, excellent service, delicious food. This place is a hidden treasure, and the foodies around here may not even know about it yet. You can tell the ownership really cares, and the travel-influenced cuisine is crazy good.

For the quality and flavor, it's only a matter of time before this place will be packed!

Outstanding customer service first time visiting the eatery and was pleased with meal, service, and cleanliness of establishment. Lacy, was our hostess and she was great at assisting us with meal selections & didn’t bother to rush out the door because it was close to closing time we hadn’t noticed. I had the Jerk bowl awesome!!!! Will be back very soon thanks for the awesome service and great food!

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant. We stumbled by it looking for another restaurant. What a pleasant treat! The food was delicious and the service was great. We will definitely go back.

My husband and I love Rockaway!!! I love that they serve real food. I go there often but today got a bacon egg and cheese bagel. It's not some pre-made weirdly round egg that was heated up in a microwave like when you order at Starbucks. Someone stood behind a griddle and fried up two eggs and put them on my freshly made bagel. All the food I've had there, including burgers and chicken bowls, has been fresh and real and delicious. And they do have great service. You see the manager checking from time to time to make sure everything is going well. I hardly ever write reviews but just felt compelled to give credit where credit is due! Thank you, Rockaway!!

I just finished my first lunch at Rockaway Eatery, and it was so good I was compelled to immediately review it.

Service: I think during my visit I met every employee, and each one was gracious and attentive without being the least bit annoying. They were glad to help me, and never made it feel like an obligation. I felt very well taken care of.

Food: I got the Queens burger, which was great. Each ingredient felt high quality and carefully prepared. I also got fries, which were fresh and well seasoned, but did feature a garlic and herb blend that I happen to not prefer. I believe this blend is common with the poutine they specialize in, I just don't like it myself, but you might! The banana pudding was also very good.

Price: the prices were in line with my expectations. Neither cheap nor expensive.

Their menu is huge, which honestly made me wonder if they could pull off so many items. I intend to find out over many visits, hopefully soon.
