Great seafood experience. The staff was nice and friendly. The food was hot and fresh. The place wasn't busy. The lobby and the bathroom was clean. You get your money worth plus more. I will definitely be going back when I'm on that side of town. I also liked they way the staff treated the new person on the register. She did a great job and they showed her a lot of support.

The fish is good. Service is very slow but I believe the food is cooked to order. The staff is pleasant. Not wheelchair accessible.

Food is somewhat good but I feel the people who work there could be cleaner in their appearance. Their shirts were stained and a couple of them seemed disorganized. It was busy and a couple of people had been waiting for awhile. Even though mine was served fairly quickly a couple of people canceled and left. I remember a time when the whitefish here was really good but now it's more like minced whitefish that has more crust than fish. The atmosphere during my visit was a bit chaotic and the area where you get your drinks and condiments could have been cleaner.

If you need a quick seafood fix, this is the place to go. The food is on the greasy and salty side, but they do serve grilled options. It is all you can drink and the sauces are good. It does not have a foul smell when you walk in. I don't know how the bathrooms are, but the table was clean. The customer service was average.

Great food deals! Love the lobster rolls! Employees are super friendly & helpful! Parking lot needs some major asphalt repairs. Overall really good, fairly easy to get in & out of.
