Pizza Hut

Current Manager Caroline talks to customers as if they are all rude customers. I ordered online and apparently made a mistake and order two cookie cakes. It was the $5 deal. I meant to order medium one topping (for my four year and I) boneless wings and one cookie dessert. I told the guy who ordered after he informed me that the receipt read that I ordered two cookies instead of what I meant to order. He asked me to call his manager Caroline. I gave him back one of the cookie deserts and I went to call and ask in return if they can bring back the pizza I meant to order. Caroline called me before I could dial and after she asked if she was speaking with me, I said nicely I was actually just calling. She chimes in interrupting me with “I don’t know what you THINK you ordered but the receipt says you got two cookie deserts in a very rude tone. I went on to explain I’m not a angry customer in hopes this would check her tone and told her I understood I ordered the wrong thing which is why I gave back the cookie deserts and just want to ask if they don’t mind sending what I meant in it’s place. She calmed down a little and took my order but the frustration still seem to be there. Needless to say I was a little irritated as well after this conversation. They did end up sending me the pizza but I honestly didn’t even want to eat it or give it to my son when it was dropped off as it was not even prepared well. I only give three stars for the nice guy who originally delivered my order.This place needs to work on how they talk to customers and definitely not assume everyone is going to yell at them. Please coach your employees on how to communicate better and start with Caroline in management.

Love the staff here! Even though they are always, and I do mean ALWAYS, busy they always greet me pleasantly. I definitely recommend this Pizza Hut. You can order carry-out or delivery. I'm not sure their mileage limit. Most pizza delivery places only deliver within a 5 mile radius. I can't say enough how kind and professional the staff are. This isn't a "paid" review. I am receiving absolutely NOTHING for my review. I feel you have to tell the truth, otherwise you aren't helping anybody.

Ordered online and picked up in store. This location seems to be short staffed frequently, but the food is good and the service is good. Prices are comparable with other pizza restaurants in the area. Easy to find coupons and/or codes for pizza. The delivery fee, like all other places is ridiculous. The store is clean and the employees wear gloves.
