Food for your soul is not just a tagline they threw on their menu. It is truly served to you in every manner. From the staff to the food, it will fulfil your soul and appetite. The waitress was welcoming and attentive, taking care of any need. We started with the sampler and enjoyed every aspect of it. The egg rolls were amazing. There were three of us. I had the three whole chicken wings with the mambo sauce and two sides, cabbage and jollaf rice. The wings were not skimpy and fried to perfect crispness. The side were plentiful. My wife did the Rasta Pasta special, a large helping, and our daughter had the flounder sandwich basket with fries. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I wished I had saved some for today but couldn't help myself. We also have the spiked strawberry lemonade with Tito's to wash it down. Almost tried the pound cake muffins but ran out of room. We want to try brunch next! Also, a sincere thank you Aunt E coming out to talk to us. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful first experience here.
My bestie came in town from Florida so we decided to eat dinner at Aunt E’s. The food and service was phenomenal! Jerk egg rolls are so favorable good! We also had the lamb chops, cabbage and potato salad. The dish was so good! Everything was seasoned to perfection! We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, they welcomed us and are really nice people. I would recommend this restaurant for dinner, brunch or any event they have! Awesome location for event planning too!
Absolutely delicious food. Our waitress was super attentive. The restaurant has a really nice vibe to it as well. Some of the food is a little pricey but it's definitely worth it for what you get. I had crab fries, bourbon salmon with Mac and sweet potato casserole, and a strawberry poundcake muffin and everything was amazing. Definitely coming back, especially to try brunch.
Everything was delicious. The mac and cheese was so tasty and full of cheese. Bourbon salmon was cooked to perfection. Thanks to our waiter Laverne for all the amazing recommendations. The jerk rolls and Philly rolls are great starters as well.
I'm not sure how many times I've been there since they've opened but the food never disappoints. We started off with an order of mozzarella sticks and crab fries. Omg, they were delicious. I ordered the 2 jerk chicken rolls (served as 4), sweet potato casserole and Mac n cheese. My daughter ordered the sweet thai chili wings...same sides. The jerk chicken rolls with dipping sauce has just the right amount of kick to tingle the back of your throat but not enough to have you chasing it down with water. The Mac n cheese is like my mama's and that sweet potato casserole with those pecans just tops off the meal as a dessert or side. My daughter smashed her wings. We both had plenty left over for the next day. I most definitely will be returning and soon!!!
