This is one busy establishment. So busy. In fact it appears to be unkempt. I would imagine it is a challenge to keep it clean. Sanitary if you would. The food was good. The service was very good. The self-service portion of this style of eatery left a little bit to be desired. To me it would be once a year, a special occasion visit. The atmosphere is very low Key, dimly lit,a tad on the smokey side, with everyone cooking their own meal.

This place is actually such a gem! Our server Justin is super cool and knows the menu inside out.
He made us his special sauce from the fully customizable sauce bar, and made us feel super welcomed. 10/10 I’ve been twice, and both times were absolutely great. Had a different server the first time, she’s super sweet and easy to get along with as well.

The food was awesome! It comes out looking just like the pictures on the menu. The server was great at explaining the correct way to order. The K-Pot Experience was Great!! Everything looked and tasted fresh and they even had a a bar of every sauce you could imagine with chicken nuggets, fries, spring rolls, and fries.

Bring your Big Bills $$$ for a party of 7 and the add 18% gratuity for parties of 5 or more!

They do have a 13.99per lbs food waste policy.

They should just let you pay 13.99 per lbs to take the leftovers home since they have a food waste policy... that would make more sense. There's always room for improvement!!

This was our first time coming here as it opened up, we've been so excited to come here as we've been waiting for months for them to finally open! Our waitress Kellen was a very funny nice guy who kept doing his job right checking up on us, explaining how to use and do everything, talking about the food options, reading out how the menu works, and cleaning the table burner out when it needed to be cleaned out, he was super generous top on his job A+! I'd definitely come back here and love him as my waitress. The bar for making ur own sauces or getting some sauce in general was nicely organized and filled up well with sauce, they also had some nuggets, fries, and onion rings which were all pretty good. The Bathrooms both male and women were really clean and fancy looking! They had beautiful sinks and flooring. I especially loved the unique lights on the sink they had in a pretty dark ocean blue. The tables are also really clean and everything else in general, all the staff were doing a great job very quickly being really nice and bubbly with each other and people in general who came to eat here, the atmosphere on the outside of this place is absolutely beautiful! Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, amazing everything! Even the prices are amazing and very good deals even. I love this place so much and my daughter agrees with me, we will definitely come here again in the future, love this place! 💯🙏💌
