    Nice shopping center with some great stores/restaurants. However since the opening of I840 exits on Elm Street traffic has gotten almost biblical in scale during rush hours & there are no regulating traffic lights to help you out. It's probably a 40 mph zone. No one is going less than 50 mph especially northbound (it's downhill, straight & long). I guess they'll get a light there eventually. I think I'll wait for it.

    Visit M&R ice cream very good lot's of flavors to choose from

    I like it, convenient spot with at least two restaurants to dine in, a convenience store, a butcher and a pizza and ice cream places. The @Elm Street Grill has a huge menu and everything was amazing, Chicken Tikka Masala and Steak kebab was superb. I wish I could have one near i live. The servers and host go above and beyond, so friendly so nice.
