Real Jamaican Jerk & Tingz

Just had some amazing food from RJJT. My hubby had the goat and I had the shrimp both were so good. Really generous portions, hot fresh and so tasty. We got the bread and a carrot juice and a soda, both tasty as well. Service was above and beyond. Friendly, fast and so polite, he even gave me samples of a couple other dishes and I can't wait to come back for the oxtail!!

Real NC foodie here, the owner chef was ruining a little behind schedule but I waited. I’m glad I did he was very professional and courteous. He and the other guy checked on me even call me towards the kitchen to explain that everything is cooked fresh. Honestly there was no need for explanation, I expect to wait on good food. The Jerk Chicken was cooked to perfection, the plantain was fresh, the beef patty was very good. The rice was overcooked, and the cabbage could have been steamed longer, with that said I’m still going to give them another shot. I’ll go later in the day after they have been opened for a few hours. It’s definitely worth a try if you’re looking for good jerk chicken especially in the Greensboro area. Again these young men were very professional and about customer satisfaction.

The food is amazing! Authentic,seasoned to perfection. Oxtail made me want to slap somebody. Festivals are so golden and delicious. The rice and beans is flavorful and plenty. Good portion ! Plantains are fresh but they should use the overripe plantains for the perfect fried plantains. The downside to this place is the service. Took way too long to get food and they forgot napkins and utensils in the bag. Other than that, I’ll be back and I’ll make sure my friends stop by here. Good job guys- however improve on your service time and general service experience.

I’ve been looking for a real taste of Jamaican food, and I found this spot to be the number one spot. I’ve tried the rest, but this is by far the best.
