Sushi Empire

This place is downright amazing. If you’re thinking “How good could sushi in a food truck be?” be ready to be as surprised as I was. Incredibly fresh and delicious.

To my ones of followers on local guides who have been wondering where I have been, I was waiting on something like Empire to excite my palate. True care for their craft from the hand roll to the slivered peppers. Excellent. In the future I will travel for this truck and you should too. Obviously got a little ahead of myself by crushing half the rolls before taking a photo. Only wished I had gotten 3 more. Praise be, Sushi in Greensboro.

I can't wait for your food truck to come back to my area! Me, the hubs and another couple went to Brewer's Kettle wanting to try your sushi. We each got a roll and they were so good we went back and got 3 more! If I had to pick just one- The Empire Roll!

I had the pleasure of trying Sushi Empire this evening in Kernersville @ Brewer’s Kettle. It was the best and most fresh I have had in a long time. I hope they stay around!

Fantastic sushi at a really reasonable price with friendly service. I'll be honest, I was hesitant at the idea of a sushi truck, but they really delivered. The sushi was fresh and delicious! The presentation was beautiful. I highly recommend the Buried Treasure roll, it was bursting with flavor and just a bit of spice, not at all overwhelming. I'll be following their facebook page so I can be on the lookout for them to be near me again soon!
