One our faves. Great service food. Only complaint is breakfast steaks fatty.

Mixed Review - Still love this place. Let me begin by saying they do a great job with service. A great job. The food is slowly losing me. Hash browns are more and more inconsistent. The last order I had was an oily, chewy mess. It seemed as though they DEEP FRIED the hash browns. It's not difficult to cook hash browns on a griddle.

The quiche went from being a slice to a mini quiche pie. I understand that regardless of size, quiche is microwaved. HOWEVER, when it's a mini pie, they tend to microwave the heck out of it. It dries the egg out and makes the crust mushy.

If you want a more consistent breakfast experience, go to Carolinas diner, just down the street. For now, the cooks on the line aren't what they used to be.

I'm giving this place four stars simply for their food. Our main server was great. But there was a situation where a floater server was checking on our table, and she asked if we needed anything. I had just gotten a fresh cup of coffee, so I asked for some creamer. She looked at me like I was inconveniencing her greatly, pointed to an OCCUPIED table and said "There's some over there."

I was severely rubbed the wrong way when she said that. I worked in the food industry as a server before, and if a customer asks for something, you definitely don't tell them to ask another customer for it.

Anyway, Tom's is a good place to eat, just stay clear of that one server who doesn't want to do the job she was hired for. Everyone else is fantastic.
