I’m writing this review after 5 visits. None of the times I’ve visited have been the Chick-fil-A experience.
I’ve always known 5 guys for quality however, I can tell you the quality is not the same at the N. Main St. branch as some of the other branches that I have attended over the years. ( granted they are new and good staff is hard to come by these days)
My wife and I ate there last week and the dining room was absolutely trashed, no catch up in the dispenser, trash overflowing in the trash cans, the floor was filthy, and everything you touched was sticky. I won’t get into how awful the restrooms were.
My wife ,our friends, and I were highly disappointed in the overall experience. This is not the first time we have gone as a group to have 15-18 dollar burger and fries at this location.
The 40$ for my wife and I to eat a burger is expensive but I’m fine with that if the experience overall is good, the dining room is clean, and the staff is attentive. I really hope the managers or corporate will step up and get this location dialed in so the service matches the price.
I got to the five guys and ordered some milkshakes and some fries. The food took very long because of the milkshake machine being broken. It just took awhile in general. The food did taste great! Very nice place in there as well...just the service is very long even when not crowded.
It’s still a new place but my first experience was great. Staff was nice and the burgers are great. Just be prepared to spend $18-$24 for a meal for a single person. All in all it was a good experience. Nice to have something a little different in High Point!
