Excellent spot for quality pizza. I love this place always quality food & service. Service is consistently above par. The place has a great feel to it. This place has positive reviews for a reason.

Buy pizza/wings from here once to twice a week. Normally completely fine service. Today on 3/27/19 some how a simple lunch order turned into a huge hassle. First they had not followed the directions on my pizza order and we had to wait for it to be recooked. Then when we get home our wings have no sauce and are cold. We call to try to get it sorted out and the woman on the phone was very rude and sarcastic to my wife. Normally never have an issue but seriously going to have to rethink my purchases in the future. I am from rochester/buffalo area and it is nice having some decent pizza in the area. No idea why the front counter woman was so rude, very uncool and uncalled for.

The pizza is delicious and the cheese is super gooey, even though I person think they're a little too greasy. The tables all look like hunks of huge trees and they're really cool. The wait times can be a little long, even whenever there aren't many customers. Still a great place for pizza if you're not in a hurry.

The food was very good. The customer service was excellent. It was my first time there. I was visiting my daughter who was sick and hadn't eaten all day and decided to go here. The cook and cashiers was really nice to me. I will definitely be back. Oh I had wings and a slice of pizza.
