Tokyo Grill

I have came here for a couple years and order the hibachi chicken. This is one of the best hibachi take out restaurants in greensboro. Have had far better inexpensive hibachi in charlotte, so keep that in mind. Chicken is decent quality as well as the vegetables. White sauce is good and they give 3 good sized pots of it with one box. Appreciate that they do not skimp on that. Employees are nice enough but they seem understaffed in the kitchen. Only one person was working on the grill and it wasn’t like nobody was waiting on food but me. On the phone the lady said the wait would be 15-20. Got there 20 minutes later and still had to sit for 20 minutes. Watched other customers go up to the counter frustrated asking where there food is. I would not recommend eating in and ordering there. Definitely order ahead of time and be aware of their longer than average wait times. You must also pay on the phone with card, they will not allow you to order ahead of time and pay in store. Food always hot and delicious though❤️

Good food and prices. They just need to work on their phones and their hours. Their phones hardly every work so it's hit or miss when trying to call in for pickup. The only other way to order is walk in.
They don't have online ordering, mobile app, or any other way to order. They should at least get their phones working properly and add online ordering to their website.
Their hours are limited and half the time they close early due to food shortages. I assume they would get a lot more business if their phones worked properly and they had consistent hours.
If it wasn't for frequently closing early and the defective phones, this place would be great. If they also had other ways to order then they would be perfect. Can't complain about the food quality or pricing.

Some of the best hibachi very! We love coming here! The food is always consistent. The staff are always friendly. Even when they are super busy (lunchtime) they still have great service. We placed a phone in order this time and it was ready in 15 minutes just like they said.
