(March 17, 2019, 10:09 am)This was not the best experience I've had at a late night diner. It isn't the worst, but there was so much room for improvement. Mostly, our grits were cold. Not warm. No, cold. Like from a refrigerator cold. That was disappointing. All three of us at the table got cold grits. Then, I asked for extra crispy hash browns, which I got, but everyone got crispy. Maybe an oversight. My friend's end were supposed to be over easy and they were definitely over medium almost fried hard. The server didn't come back to check on is after bringing our food until we were more than half way done. So, this was not a great night. Not at all. I wish it wasn't so. I love Carolina's Diner.
