I love Darryl's! They have a wide range of options on the menu to suit every palate. I love the seating and design of the building. The wait staff is always very professional and helpful.
My favorite thing on the menu: homemade crackers!
Server was Jonathan, service was great, food was plentiful and great. I'm told it's the only Darryl's in North Carolina. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly customers, too. Was too hungry to get a picture of the food, but I had Cajun Chicken and Broccoli Pasta. If you walk away still even a little bit hungry I'd be very surprised.
Our service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Each employee was attentive, friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. Our server did an amazing job. She was attentive, anticipated our needs and provided service when we needed. We never had to wait and she did not interrupt our conversations and her service was genuinely friendly. The food was delicious. We were all very pleased with our meals. No complaints. Will recommend to friends and will return .
Excellent food but it took a long time for our server to get to our table to greet us and take drink order. Love the Shark Bite cocktail. Had salmon. Yummy. Sat in high booth looking down. Great seats. But servers stomp going up the stairs underneath. Our waitress was attentive and listened well to our requests. Will be back soon.
We had a vodka cranberry and waters then a shark bite cocktail. All good. Shrimp skewers appetizer over rice pilaf with excellent sauce. Both had fire grilled salmon. Sweet potato was delicious. Green beans crisp and tasty.
My experiences here at Darryl's were a bit mixed! When we entered, nobody greeted us at the door or offered to seat us. About six employees were standing, huddled at the register and never acknowledged us. We finally had to ask them to get us a table! Walking through the restaurant I noticed how clean everything was and I loved the decor! Our waitress was extremely friendly and offered us appetizers and drinks. She helped us through the menu and told us what was popular with customers and her opinions on different foods! She was very attentive and regularly checked on us throughout our visit. We got the fried provolone triangles for an appetizer, and I got the barbecue chicken, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The sides were not too thrilling, and tasted like something out of a box! The chicken had a good flavor, but it was a bit dry and hard to cut! Next time I come I will try something else!
