San Luis Restaurant 2

So, I'm a Mexican food lover. I love Authentic Mexican restaurants that reflect their culture. San Luis's food, atmosphere, and decor are all great! It's very quick service, the food is always delicious. I've eaten in 3 times and ordered the take out once. Pictured here is the San Luis Fandido. Staff: Every day I've eaten here, the hostesses and servers have been really nice. Today, I was not as pleased. The server kept only addressing my boyfriend (he's Hispanic). At first, I thought it was my imagination, but she kept doing it. I don't know whether it was because I initially spoke a little in Spanish to her and I myself am not or if she was offended by me, or if it was just customary for HER to only speak to the man. I just don't know. I do know I felt very uncomfortable and slightly offended. Overall, that will not stop this chic from eating in or ordering out. It's a great restaurant.

Very busy place always is full but the food is awesome very delicious...I like to go on the weekends they have freshly made corn tortillas.

I love the food and the pineapple water. The shrimp is juicy, the chicken is good, and the steak is not chewy. The cheese sauce is excellent.

I loved my first visit here & will definitely be going back! Sevice was friendly, quick, & accurate. They were very busy but it didn't effect the service in any way! We received our food rather fast but without the food lacking in anyway! I have to say this was the best Mexican food I've ever ate here in NC! Can't wait to tell others about them & visit again!
