Cook Out

Very clean. Staff was friendly. Wait time was a bit longer than we expected. Food was good but we go there for the shakes. Which were excellent.

I've been going to Cookout for 5+ yrs I've always had a great experience. But, I did at one time had a bad experience to where the BBQ sandwich was dry. However, though other than that when me or the hubby don't feel like cooking our 2 boys ask for Cookout. And for the ones that states that they didn't get the chance to ask for condiments....yes u do, the minute they give the food to u ask them for the condiments right then and there.

Very nice location. The dining area is very clean and organized. Food was tasty and hot. The shakes were delicious and as usual they are more like soft serve ice cream. So grab a spoon and dig in!

Food was great and a great value as usual! I placed my order at the counter. I was# --13 (tray and a milkshake). I waited 5+ minutes before asking about my order. I was told "I don't know what order they do things." Order --16 gets announced and gets picked up; a Milkshake! I asked to speak to a manager. He was very polite and understanding, explaining that a drive through order had 9 milkshakes and that I had grill a grill order item which take longer to prepare. He thanked me for the feedback. I GET IT! This place is BU$Y! Just, hire, train, and motivate people who will give proper customer service. This particular cashier didn't know and didn't care.
