It was better when it first opened. The quality has gone down. They do not listen to the customers if we have food modification preferences. If I say "can you please cook the wings extra crispy" I would expect that. I had some uncooked fries as well with one visit. Also, over salting my fries is a BIG no as well. NC wingstop is no where near like the ones in TX.

So this is my first(and probably last) time going to a Wingstop

The wings took about 15 minutes which is unusually long for wings. There was an order in front of me but I'm not sure that was necessarily the holdup. Anyways my rating is not really based on the wait.

I ordered their 10-piece with fries and a drink. I got 5 pieces with lemon pepper and 5 pieces with garlic Parmesan. The reason for my three-star review is that everything was under-seasoned. The lemon pepper barely tasted like anything other than fryer grease, and the Parmesan wings were a little better, but still had little flavor.

The fries tasted so sweet that I couldn't even eat them. It's almost like they accidentally used sugar instead of salt. There was little other seasoning on the fries, and I can definitely cook better(and healthier) than this at home.

Given that the entire order was somewhere in the range of $11 for barely an under-seasoned meal, I wouldn't recommend this place. If you want chicken that bad then go to KFC or Bojangles. It might all be unhealthy, but at least the other two remember to use salt and pepper.

Maybe I just had a bad experience, but for the price(and the wait), I'm not willing to find out. I honestly expected better from a successful franchise; I can still taste those sugary fries like a bad memory.
