Starbucks

This is the best Starbucks his store in Greensboro by far. It is a new building. There is an ample seating area inside the store. There are seating areas in front of the store as well as in one of the sides. The other side is drive-true. They are open until 10pm in five days and 10:30pm during the other two.

They have the most unfriendly person ????????????working the drive-through that I have ever experienced at a Starbucks… The first time I dealt with her I thought maybe it was just a fluke because, normally, they’re really friendly...greeting you with a good morning, thank you for coming to Starbucks, blah blah blah… But this is the second time that I have had this person at the window...she never says a word to me when I pull up...She just takes my card for payment and since his food/drink out the window and closes the window... never a smile… Always taking someone else’s order in the drive through so she can’t talk to you at the window … just rude...On the upside, this food and drinks are always good… They just need to work on that young ladies customer service skills...

I absolutely love this Starbucks. Anyone who says they’re unorganized is just absolutely not telling the truth. I have been going to this Starbucks (and many others in this area) but this one specifically since they opened about a year ago and they’re just great! Ms. Tanya runs a tight ship and it shows! Her staff is friendly, efficient, neat, and if a mistake happens ( they will absolutely fix the issue ) with no hesitation! It’s always a personable experience every time I go in there ( of course they all know me by now) but non the less I truly look forward to it each and every day. Sometimes a smile goes way further than extended! Thanks guys, and keep up the great work. This store outshines any location I have ever been to and I truly just love you all! :)

This place makes great coffee, has a perfect sanitation rating last time I checked, and has lovely staff.

On an unrelated note, I just wish the business wasn't so politically motivated.

Edit: I actually had to come back and take off a star because of their way that their god awful app requires you to load up one of the reward cards in order to use it. Let me pay with a debit or credit card like an adult. What an absolute scam.

As far as I have seen most Starbucks are the same in a good way. Though it was clean in the eating area and in the bathrooms. The people were polite and informative if I have any questions on any special requests I may have. There wouldn't be any reason to not stop here and know that your drink will be correct and you'll get it in a timely manner.
