(April 18, 2016, 5:58 pm)It is a hit or miss with this place. I am still trying to figure out when to go so I don't get a burnt / old pretzel. The same goes with the service. On one end, you have a super friendly employee. One the other end, you have employees that are to busy talking to their friends. Either way, I love my Auntie Anne's pretzels. (The 3 stars are due to the service.)
