The Cheesecake Factory

My fist visit and I was very disappointed, although the service was very good and our waitress was very pleasant the decor was over the top and the high prices reflected that. I felt awkward asking prices of the beer, they are not published in the menu. But the final straw was when we watched a waiter standing at the counter eating where the customers food comes out. Could not tell if he was eating from customers plates or if this was his dinner. He then proceeded to serve other customers without washing his hands. When told, the manager's response was less than satisfactory. We Won’t be back.

The food was really good. The mixed drinks were strong and not watered down. My only two complaints were the hour long wait and the prices. A small 6 inch strawberry cheesecake costs me $26. And if you have such a long wait and don't take reservations why is there not a bigger waiting area? There were people standing around everywhere.

This was the best dining experience I’ve ever had in Greensboro. Service was good, food was good but I met Bruce Bruce! Yes, the comedian Bruce Bruce dines at the Cheesecake Factory. My year is made! Thanks CF for providing bomb cheesecake that leers in celebs. Oh and get the Oreo Cheesecake. It’s off the chain.

The main problem is the menu is MASSIVE and you don't know what to get!

When we ate here, the food was first class and the service was great too. When we visited it was busy and we had to wait, but it was well managed with a pager system.

Leave room for a cheesecake, they are simply fabulous!

The decor is wacky, but that is part of the charm!

The place is very busy but the cheese cake line moves very fast. The people are nice, fast, and friendly. They have a large variety of cheese cakes and they serve food. We ordered a slice of red velvet cheese cake and a cinnamon bun cheese cake for only $19.00. It was good.
