Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Generally, this is an excellent location to visit. Some have great customer service skills and take pride in the job. This location is understaffed which sometimes puts stress on employees, and may in fact cause a delay in the delivery or preparation of the orders. And yes it is a fast food restaurant but how fast can u actually fry chicken and fixings? Try putting yourself in their shoes for a day or so, and it may change your outlook on things... it did it for me!! ????????✌????

Short staffed. We were the only ones in the entire restaurant. Had to wait over 5 mins for Bo-Berry Biscuits. Trash was overflowing. Tables not wiped down. Seats sticky. Condiments empty.

I get something quick here usually before my interpreting class and they are always so kind and super fast!

Typical Bojangles food. Dinnertime wasnt busy. Food was what you'd expect. Service was adequate, but not special. Place was clean. I would eat there again if I had a hankering for quick fried chicken.

The food was overcooked. The staff seemed preoccupied with clowning around, instead of maintaining the cleanliness of the venue. It was NOT a busy night. Having visited more Bojangles than I'd like to admit to, in several states, I'd have to say this one fell short of the mark. I'm hoping it was just a "bad night," but I didn't see any corrections from the shift manager or manager on duty, so I don't know...
