Absolutely wonderful. Long wait.Love the Japanese houses and I have to say this was one of the best cooking shows ever. Well worth it, no wonder the house was packed, the service was great

I REALLY REALLY AM WONDERING IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT KIND OF GREEN TEA THEY USE. IT WAS WONDERFUL AND I WANT TO GET SOME. Very potent yet delicious

To keep it short and simple...
Long wait time, but worth it.
    Nice and fun atmosphere
The shrimp and salmon I ordered was fantastic, tender and not under/overcooked.
The yum-yum/white sauce was exquisite, especially when paired with the rice.
The bananas, though an odd choice in my eyes, were to DIE for. A divine taste indeed.
Would definitely recommend for any event.

My boyfriend and I came into Kabuto on February 1st. We sat at the bar to get sushi, the bartender was insanely busy but she got to us rather quick. She informed us that our sushi might take a while due to the high volume so we had a few beers while we waited. As we were observing the bartender work we noticed she was asking every person at the bar for their ID, as usual at a bar. After sitting there watching her run around like crazy for at least 20 minutes we notice a lady come up to order two drinks, as she was doing with everyone the young lady let her know she has to see both people and their IDs in order to serve her, a few minutes later a gentleman comes up with an ID. The bartender politely explains to the gentleman that due to the fact both birthdays on the ID were faded she legally could not serve him, after trying to argue with her for a few minutes he asks for a manager (keep in mind you can tell this poor girl is flustered and trying to maintain a smile while dealing with this and making drinks). The girl comes back over with a female police officer who proceeds to explain to the gentleman that she legally could not serve him, it isn't her rule it is a law as the bartender stated multiple times. A few minutes pass and the mans girlfriend is back at the bar pestering the bartender asking why "she got a cop involved?! is it because she is prejudice" really just being hateful to this young lady. The bartender continued to explain that she did not have a manager available at the moment and she grabbed the first person that was available to explain the situation, the whole time the bartender is trying to explain the lady was screaming at her, cutting her off, calling her all sorts of profound names, in front of us trying to enjoy our meal, and customers waiting for drinks. I was amazed with how calm and collected the bartender stayed the whole time. I was disgusted with the way that the company allows customers to belittle and talk down staff for doing their job but I was amazed with how well the bartender handled the situation. We hope to return again for sushi soon, only hopefully next time we won't be bothered with rude customers yelling in our ear while we're trying to enjoy our meal.
